Absolute No-Touch Policy
Chayna does not permit any physical contact — including handshakes, shoulder touching, hair adjustments, or physical redirection. Do not touch without explicit verbal consent. Violations result in immediate termination with no refund.

Personal Space Must Be Respected
Maintain professional distance at all times. Crowding, hovering, or invading personal space — on or off set — is unacceptable. All direction must be given verbally and with professionalism.

Wardrobe Pre-Approval Required
All wardrobe, styling, and look requirements must be submitted and approved in writing before the booking date. Chayna reserves the right to decline any attire that conflicts with her personal standards.

No Day-of Scope Changes
The agreed scope of work is final. Changes to concept, location, or tasks on the day of the booking are not permitted unless agreed upon in advance and compensated accordingly.

No Unauthorized Photography
No photos or video of Chayna may be taken outside the agreed scope without prior written permission. Usage rights must be discussed and included in the agreement before the session begins.

Deposit Non-Refundable After 48 Hours
Deposits secure your booking date and are non-refundable after 48 hours of payment. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event date forfeit the full booking amount. Rescheduling requires mutual agreement.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment
Verbal, emotional, or sexual harassment of any kind — including inappropriate comments, suggestions, or unwanted advances — results in immediate termination of the booking. No refund. Legal action may follow.

On-Site Chaperone Rights
Chayna reserves the right to bring a personal chaperone or representative to any booking at no cost to the client. This is a non-negotiable safety right and the chaperone will not interfere with the work.
